Why didn’t my active bonus convert after I made a wager?

There are a few reasons why this may not happen:  

• The wager was not eligible due to the odds requirement.
• Keep in mind that to meet the playthrough on an active bonus, the odds have to be -200 or greater (moving toward the positive sign.)

• The wager has not yet settled.
• The wager must be settled as a win or a loss before it meets the playthrough requirement. This includes all games on a parlay bet as well. For example, I would not want to place a parlay bet on the Superbowl with an active bonus because the bonus would not convert until the Superbowl was over!

• You cashed out the wager.
• If you cash out a wager using bonus money, it will go back into your balance as bonus money.
