How to check your device model?

Below you will see instructions on how to check the device model on Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android devices:

iOS: 
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘General’ > ‘About’:
 

Android:
Open your device's ‘Settings’ > tap ‘About Phone’ or ‘About Device’ > tap ‘Android Version’ to display your version information:



Windows:
The user needs to open ‘Start’ > search for ‘System Information’ and click the top result to open the app > click on ‘System Summary’.



Mac:
The user needs to access the Apple menu in the corner of the screen > choose ‘About This Mac’ > There will be an overview of the device, including its model name and serial number:
