Updated Loyalty Program

Starting on August 1st, 2024, we're overhauling our Loyalty Program! Making it easier to earn Loyalty Level Points, Bonus Store Points, and new Tier Points! With the addition of Tiers, we've improved our loyalty structure so you can maintain your benefits, longer! We've introduced three new tiers: Gold, Platinum, and Black. Once you achieve a Tier Level, you keep it, along with all its fantastic benefits, for the rest of the current earning period PLUS the entire next earning period!  

Each year there will be two Tier earning periods, which will run from January 1st to June 30th, and from July 1st to December 31st. Tier Points are earned during these periods at the same rate as Loyalty Level Points and Bonus Store Points.  The Tiers will work in conjunction with our current loyalty levels, as you'll earn Tier points at the same rate you earn Loyalty Level points, with the Tiers requiring the following amount of points to achieve:  Gold Tier: Starting Tier  

Platinum Tier: 5,000 Tier Points

Updated Earning Rates

Another big change we've made with our Loyalty Program is making the rate at which you earn Tier/Loyalty Level/Bonus Store Points simpler. For Casino games, rather than basing the point accrual rate off the game's RTP%, the accrual rate now simply depends on what type of game you're wagering on. So if you're wagering on Slots, you'll earn points at a rate of 1 point per every $10 wagered. For SportsBetting, we've essentially kept it the same in that the amount of points you earn will depend on how many combinations you're placing in the wager.

• For example: If you're placing a singles wager, you'll earn 1 point for every $10 wagered on the selection; but if you were to place a 5-leg parlay, you'd earn 1 point for every $1.25 wagered on the parlay. 

   

FAQ

Are there any games in which players don’t earn points while playing?

• Yes, there are some games that don’t accumulate points, and a list of those games can be found under our "Tier/Loyalty Point Accumulation Rates" HelpCenter Article.

 Do Tier Points decay?

• Unlike our traditional Loyalty Level Points that will continue to work on the 31-60 day rolling decay cycle, our Tier Points do not decay! Whatever Tier Points you earn in a cycle will stick with you for that entire cycle. Also, once you progress and move up a tier, you'll be locked into that tier and its benefits for the rest of the current tier cycle AND the next cycle!
