How do I reset my modem/router?

The simplest and most effective way to re-boot a WiFi router is to unplug the router from its power source, wait a minimum of 30 seconds, and plug it back in. Be sure to give the router a bit of time to fully reboot and connect before trying again. This can help resolve connection issues that are associated with your WiFi.
